Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order for any reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, received the physical goods.
You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation during this period.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right to return an item, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement. You can do this by:

    You may use the statutory model withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
    3. Return Shipping and Costs
    Return Period: You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from the contract.
    Shipping Costs: You, the customer, will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
    Responsibility: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would inspect an item in a physical shop).
      4. Refunds
      If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
      Timeline: We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
      Method: We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
        5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
        Please note that you cannot return the following types of items unless they are faulty or damaged
          6. Legal Guarantee for Faulty Goods
          Separate from your 14-day right of withdrawal, all goods purchased from our shop are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If a product turns out to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund free of charge.
